1. About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MrandMrsMuscle FZE, B1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us” or “our”), the owner and operator of STROKES GPD — Golf Performance Diagnostics (“STROKES” or the “App”).
By downloading, accessing or using STROKES, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What STROKES provides
STROKES is a golf-performance application that allows golfers to record rounds and golf information, review locally generated presentations, prepare Course Strategy, train, participate in group golf experiences and use other golf-performance tools.
Golf performance is affected by ability, conditions, health, equipment and judgement. The App cannot guarantee lower scores, handicap improvement, competition results or any particular outcome.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. STROKES is a general-audience app and is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- entering information honestly and checking it before relying on it;
- keeping your device and backup files secure;
- respecting golf-course rules, competition rules, pace of play and other players;
- not using the App when doing so would be unsafe or distracting; and
- obtaining permission before entering or sharing another person’s information.
5. Course and golf information
Course names, holes, pars, yardages, ratings, slopes, tee information and other golf data may be supplied from packaged references, user entry or other sources. Golf courses change. Information may be incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate.
Always confirm official scorecards, local rules, competition conditions, hazards and safety information with the course or competition organiser. STROKES information is not an official rules, handicap or tournament-scoring authority unless expressly stated.
6. Free access and STROKES Pro
STROKES may provide free functionality and an optional STROKES Pro subscription. Available features may change as the product develops, but we will not misrepresent the billing period or price presented by your app store.
STROKES Pro is offered through monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Both billing periods unlock the same Pro feature tier. Prices are displayed by Apple or Google in your store currency and may include applicable taxes.
7. Trials, renewal and cancellation
Eligible new annual subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by the applicable app store. If a trial is available, the store’s purchase sheet will show its terms before confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date. Deleting STROKES does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, Pro normally remains available until the end of the paid period. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store’s rules.
8. Your data and backups
STROKES is local-first. You are responsible for creating and safely storing backups if you want to protect your history against loss, device damage, reset or replacement. We cannot recover local golf data that was never backed up and is no longer available on your device.

9. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to misuse, interfere with, copy, extract, reverse engineer, bypass, defeat or gain unauthorised access to STROKES, its protected logic, security, subscription controls or intellectual property except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
You must not use exports or group features to harass others, violate privacy, infringe rights, distribute unlawful material or misrepresent golf results.
10. Intellectual property
STROKES, its name, brand, interface, software, designs, original content, diagnostic presentations and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to MrandMrsMuscle FZE. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of STROKES to you.
You retain ownership of golf information you enter. You grant the App permission to process that information locally as needed to provide the features you request.
11. Availability and changes
We work to make STROKES reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, improve, repair, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Core access may also depend on compatible devices, operating systems and app-store services.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STROKES is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be excluded, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
STROKES is not medical advice, professional coaching, an official handicap service, a rules official, a substitute for professional instruction or a guarantee of golf performance.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrandMrsMuscle FZE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of golf data that was not backed up, loss of opportunity, loss of profit or decisions made solely in reliance on App information.
14. App-store terms
Your download, licence and purchases may also be governed by Apple’s or Google’s applicable terms. Where required, the platform provider may enforce relevant licence terms as a third-party beneficiary. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the mandatory store terms control to that extent.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Ajman, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
16. Changes and contact
